Guidelines for Registration
To ensure compliance with conference regulations and to protect your rights as a participant of the Congress & Conference (hereinafter referred to as the “Conference” for simplicity), please read the registration guidelines carefully.
Eligibility
- ASCPaLM & APCTIBT 2026 warmly welcomes all eligible participants to register for the Conference. During the Conference, participants will have the opportunity to communicate with international experts and engage in academic exchange.
- All participants are required to complete registration through the official online registration system during the designated registration period.

Online Registration Opens: 11 March 2026
Abstract Submission Deadline: 22 March 2026 Extended to April 30, 2026
Notification of Abstract Acceptance: 4 May 2026 Extended to June 5, 2026
Early-Bird Registration Deadline: 28 May 2026 Extended to August 5, 2026
ASCPaLM & APCTIBT 2026 Conference Dates: 2 – 4 October 2026
Registration Phases and Period
- Participants may register and complete payment online during the following registration periods:
Early-Bird Registration: 11 March ~ 5 August (23:59)
Regular Registration: 6 August 00:00 ~ 18 September (23:59)
- On-site registration will be available at the conference venue during the operating hours of the registration counter. However, participants are strongly encouraged to complete online registration and full payment in advance for convenience.
- All deadlines and times are based on Taiwan Time (GMT+8).

Registration Requirements
- Registrants must be aware that their total registration fees are calculated based on the registration phase and applicable category.
- Participants registering under the Student category must prepare valid proof of status (student identification) for verification prior to completing registration.
- Each overseas participant may register one accompanying person only, who must be registered under the primary registrant’s account.
Payment Requirements
Overseas Registrants
For overseas registrants, credit card payment is the only accepted payment method.
Registration fees will be converted and charged in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD) based on the exchange rate applied on the day of payment.
General Policies
- All requests for registration modification or cancellation must be submitted in writing to the Registration Office via email: reg@ascpalm2026.tw.
- All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the Conference.
- Refund will be granted for cancellation requests received on or before 5 August 2026 (inclusive).
- No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after 5 August 2026.
- No-show participants are not eligible for any refund.
- For refund requests, please download and fill in the Refund Application Form, then email to the Registration Office in PDF format.
Final Reminder
- The ASCPaLM & APCTIBT 2026 Online Registration System will close at 23:59 (GMT+8) on 18 September 2026. Any payment not completed before the online registration deadline will be charged according to the on-site registration rate, unless otherwise specified.

Registration FAQ
Q: Can I revise my registration information after submission?
A: Registrants are strongly advised to ensure all information is accurate before submission. Once submitted,
registration details cannot be manually edited through the system. Please update your profile information prior to
initiating registration.
Q: Can I register on behalf of other participants?
A: No. Except for accompanying persons, all participants must register individually using their own accounts.
Q: Is registration required for presenting an accepted abstract?
A: Yes. All presenters must complete online registration in order to present at ASCPaLM & APCTIBT 2026. Presenters are advised to register promptly upon receiving abstract acceptance notification.
Q: What is the registration deadline for presenters?
A: All presenters must complete registration and full payment no later than the Early-Bird Registration Deadline
