Submission Information
General Policy
- All abstracts must be submitted and be received on or before March 22, 2026 through the On-line Abstract Submission System.
- Abstracts must be original and have not been published or presented at any conference prior to ASCPaLM 2026. The accepted abstracts will be published in the Abstract Book.
- All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee of ASCPaLM 2026, and reviewing results will be announced by emailing a notice of acceptance/rejection to submitting authors. Instructions for oral/poster presentation will be sent to submitting authors of the accepted abstracts. Thus, authors must register and pay the registration fees before the Deadline for Early Bird Registration to ensure the rights for the presentation.
- The Scientific Program Committee of ASCPaLM 2026 reserves the right to accept or refuse an abstract, to designate abstracts as either oral or poster presentations, and to choose a suitable session for the abstract. The authors’ preference for the type of presentation and theme will be taken into account.
- Accepted abstracts will be presented in either thematic Poster Sessions or Oral Sessions held between October 2-4, 2026.
- Authors of abstracts accepted for presentation MUST be registered delegates and be responsible for all expenses incurred in the production of their presentations, travel, and accommodation during the Conference. At least one author of an accepted abstract should complete the registration, and each registrant can only represent or present two accepted abstracts.
- It is the author’s responsibility to submit a correctly edited and accurate abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author. Abstracts will be rejected if they contain no data or if the English is unacceptable. All Submitting Authors will receive, closer to the Conference, detailed presentation guidelines when their abstract(s) has/have been accepted.
- Acknowledgement of the receipt of abstract submission will be sent to the Submitting Author’s email address immediately upon submission. The Submitting Author will receive all correspondence regarding the abstract status, presentation type, date, and time via the email provided during the abstract submission.
- All presentations must be in English.
Submission Preparation Guideline
- The abstract must be written and presented in English.
- All the works intended to present at the Conference should be submitted as abstracts.
- Before submitting, please prepare your submission strictly according to the guideline. As the contents, format, and layout of submitted abstracts would NOT be revised nor modified by the ASCPaLM 2026 Conference secretariat, should the submissions received not meet the specifications, ASCPaLM 2026 Scientific Program Committee reserves the right to reject the submission outright.
- The number of co-authors of each abstract is limited to 10. However, if the co-authors are not filled in the submission system, the co-authors will not be shown in the abstract book. Thus, please ensure the co-author(s) filled in the submission system are consistent with the co-author(s) shown on the submitted abstract.
- Preference for presentation type should be indicated in your submission. However, the final presentation mode for each paper will be decided by the Scientific Program Committee’s evaluation and will be advised to the author within the acceptance notice.
- No encore abstracts are accepted.
- Abstracts must contain original data and meet international ethical standards.
- The abstract title and the author(s) or names of institutions are not to be included in the abstract text.
- Standard abbreviations may be employed in the text. Place special or unusual abbreviations in parentheses after the full wording the first time it appears in the body of the text.
- Trade names are not allowed.
- The Author agrees to and does hereby assign all rights, title, and interest, including copyrights, in and to the abstract to the Publisher. When the abstract is ready for publication, it will be published at the Publisher’s own expense, under the Publisher’s name in a Conference abstract.
- This abstract conforms to all of the ASCPaLM 2026 Abstract Rules and Procedures.
